Obviously with capital equipment such as this, before we accept equipment returns, we will first do everything possible to make the application work which can often take 30 days or more. As the customer, we expect you to work with our manufacturers to do everything possible to make the equipment perform as expected before deciding to return the machine.

Performance guarantees are available but must be discussed in detail and agreed upon PRIOR to placing the order. Under this written agreement/proposal we will tell you what to expect from the proposed equipment (speed/accuracy/efficiency/etc.).
