Protecting your privacy is important to ZiggyPak. This privacy policy is posted to inform you what private data is being collected about you when you visit ZiggyPak.com and how you can correct any errors in that data. With this information you can make an informed decision about your participation in the ZiggyPak network.

Information collected by ZiggyPak
Through the RFQ, ZiggyPak requests certain registration information, that includes, at a minimum, the member's email address, the country in which the member resides. For members in the United States, the member's ZIP code is also required.
ZiggyPak and third-party advertising agencies may use cookies to store a unique identifier of the member on the member's browser, to accommodate banner view and clickthrough tracking statistics and redirection.
ZiggyPak also collects standard user information in its web server log files: client IP address, browser type, language usage, etc. This information is not associated in any way with individual members and is used only to provide ZiggyPak with traffic and other reports about usage of the ZiggyPak web site.
Any information not explicitly listed in this privacy policy is not collected by ZiggyPak.
How ZiggyPak uses your information
ZiggyPak will never reveal your email address, country, ZIP or postal code, or demographic information to any third parties except in an aggregated format that does not allow for unique identification of members, or in the "anonymous" form discussed above, to third-party advertisers displaying ads on behalf of ZiggyPak.
ZiggyPak reserves the right to use any information provided to ZiggyPak in order to keep you informed about useful products we offer in the future.

General
This agreement or TOU shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California between California residents. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between the parties. Neither party shall be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of (i) any provision of any present or future law or regulation of the United State or any applicable law that applies to the subject hereof, and (ii) strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such party. The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision hereof shall not affect the full right to require such performance at any time thereafter; nor shall the waiver by either party of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. In the event that any provision of this TOU shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this TOU unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and, in such event, such provisions shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions. This TOU constitutes the entire TOU between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This TOU supersedes, and the terms of this TOU govern, any prior or collateral agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof with the exception of any prior confidentiality agreements between the parties.
